Development History
16 August 2012: External inspection finds a traditional cottage in a fair condition although walls are damp on the street elevation and Ivy is beginning to cover a gable. The property is disused with most ground floor windows boarded from the inside, and much glass having being broken.
13 July 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
4 March 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
