Recessed pointed-headed mural tomb with effigy of medieval recumbant knight; 2 mural panels (probably re-set grave-slabs) dated 1580 and 1612.

Development History
5 September 2012: Inspection finds the enclosure is in a poor general condition as a result of some inappropriate cement repairs. Minor subsidence is evident. The gate has been detached and is lying on the ground leaving the interior vulnerable to casual vandalism.
15 September 2015: Inspection finds the structure remains reasonably stable. The gate remains un-hung.
