2 storey brick and stone office building next to modern portal frame warehouse. Roof to office building is a gambrel type with timber finish.

A building with the same footprint appears on the 1861 OS large scale Town Plan of Montrose.

23 October 2012: External inspection finds an interesting small building adjacent to a large wooden warehouse, in generally fair condition, but appears empty and heavily overgrown with ivy. Rainwater goods are rusted and in need of maintenance. Pointing to walls in poor at upper levels. There is broken glazings to windows.

7 June 2016: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.

17 September 2020: A member of the public notes consent is being sought for the residential redevelopment of Panmure Row (20/00306/FUL) supporting documents to the application note the relocation of the auction rooms to alternative buildings rendering a number of the buildings on the site disused. The application notes an intention to retain/ re-use the brick/ stone property within the wider redevelopment proposal.
