Single storey stone built outbuilding with pitched slated roof over. S gable has doocot incorporated with 3 flightholes and a flight ledge. Large sliding door and single doorway face the road to W. More recent outbuilding abuts to the E. Elaborate weathervane with goose on N gable.

Development History
9 May 2013: External inspection finds this small, but attractive building, thought to have been a component of Baldernock Mill, in generally poor condition and suffering from structural movement in the walls and roof. A panel of slates has slipped on the street side of the roof and there are other roof defects evident. The building may be in use for storage.
29 May 2020: A member of the public advises that the middle section of the roof has collapsed.
14 February 2024: Consent for extension and conversion to a dwelling was conditionally approved (TP/ED/22/0485) and ammendment (TP/ED/23/0042) has been refused.
