Elevation to High Street, ashlar, raised margins, eaves band and eaves course, 2 storeys and attic, 5 bays; one window at ground floor enlarged as shop window; late 19th century gabled dormer. 26 June 2013: External inspection finds the condition of the roof of the property of concern - considerable slippage is evident. A hole can be seen at the southern tip of the roof. Gutters are decayed and downpipes are leaking. Dampness, particularly rising damp, is evident. Window frames are in need of maintenance. A Dangerous Building Notice was served November 2013 on the property - noting that the gable end wall and chimney above it (to the Cathedral Sq elevation) were in a dangerous condition ref: 13/00021/DS. The property is understood to be occupied in part.

23 February 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At Risk. A Defective Building Notice (15/00041/BWDEF) was served on the property in 2015.
