Single storey and attic stone built former coachhouse. Slated roof, overhanging eaves. Large central dormer window to East elevation. Lean-to glasshouse with brick base to West elevation.

Development History
7 November 2013: External inspection finds the former coach house is poor condition. There are slipped slates and holes to the roof, rainwater goods are blocked and blocked in places,glazings to the glasshouse are missing and other windows are boarded over. The building does not appear to be in use.
2 October 2020: A member of the public notes the property may be under reconstruction - a new timber roof structure has been installed.
27 May 2021: A member of the public notes a metal roof has been attached to the building.
