Single storey L-plan brick built and rendered former school annex, built on a sloping site, with pitched felted roof over. Later additions to the North towards Windsor Road.
Appears on the 3rd edition (1;2:500 series) OS map as a long rectangular building accessed from the York Road entrance to the Ewart Institute.

25 February 2014: External inspection finds the simple former school annexe disused, with boarded-up windows. Rainwater goods are leaking from both gutters and downpipes and walls are very damp in places. The roof is in fair condition.
1 August 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains disused.
