Development History
12 June 2014: External inspection finds the former cottage now in ruinous shell with a fragment of the roof remaining. Part of the northern window to the front elevation has collapsed. The interior of the building is overgrown with trees and shrubs.
12 November 2014: The site is being marketed for sale as a building plot through McJerrow & Stevenson, offers over £35,000.
20 July 2020: A member of the public advises re-instatement of the cottage is underway (13/P/4/0236). Moved to Restoration in Progress.
