Development History
28 May 2014: External inspection finds the remnant of earlier buildings on the site in poor condition with a roof in partial collapse. The adjacent plot is being redeveloped into a new dwelling.
2 August 2018: External inspection finds the building in much the same condition as seen previously. The adjacent plot has now been developed into a new dwelling. A new door has been installed on the South East elevation. A large tree is growing out of a large opening in the roof and pigeons are nesting inside. The windows on the West elevation remain broken. The property remains vacant and deterioration continues.
3 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
