Development History
16 October 2014: External inspection finds the building in fair overall condition, the Bank Street facing building appears to be disused with two windows boarded up. The rear extension may be in use. Dampness to the wallhead suggests a failure of guttering there and damp patches to walls elsewhere indicate blcoked gutters.
19 February 2019: External inspection finds some deterioration to the front elevation - staining to walls and opening joints at the cornice suggest the gutter is defective. A ridge tile remains missing. Rainwater goods to the rear may have been fixed. A window, previously grilled, has a UvPC unit installed. It is unclear the extent to which the building may be in use. Risk level raised to Moderate.
15 October 2019: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same conditions as seen previously - dampness to the cornice suggests the gutter is defective. The building appears to remain disused - a range to rear may be in use (and is in better condition). There are now broken glazings to an upper window and the fanlight.
