Development History
20 March 2019: External inspection finds the property, latterly functioning (possibly closed around 2017) as a fitness club, disused with many openings secured with metal grills. Overall the complex appears to be in fair condition but some slipped roof slates are evident and flashings are in need of maintenance. There are areas of dampness to walls and both chimneys and rainwater goods are in need of maintenance.
