Development History
12 October 2020: External inspection finds main part of the house is in use but the east wing is derelict. Graffiti, areas of damp and damage. Although attached it forms a discreet wing of the building. Roof has areas of damaged and slipped slates. Rainwater goods are damaged and areas missing. Visible areas of damp, damage and cracking on walls. Windows and doors are blocked or boarded up. Moved to At Risk.
16 November 2021: Local planners note the site is the subject of a Place Brief and is allocated for a housing-led mixed use in proposed City Plan 2030.
