Clova House Stables, Clova Home Farm

Single storey U-plan, white washed with 2-storey centre tower with gablets and pepper-pot angles, dated 1819, probably with later alterations. (Historic Scotland)

January 1993: External inspection reveals the stables to be somewhat rundown and dilapidated, though still in use. January 2004: Local planners report that the steading remains in partial use and is in a reasonable condition. October 2006: Letter sent by SCT is returned marked 'addressee gone away'. Details removed from record but contained on file.

February 2008: External inspection finds the building may no longer be in use and is in very poor condition.

October 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit. Part of the property may be in use as a garage.

20 August 2013: External inspection finds the coach house wing in fair condition and may be in use. The tower appears derelict with multiple broken windows. The rear elevation was not seen.
