Development History
September 1990: External inspection reveals the mill to be deteriorating in the middle of a working farmyard. November 1997: External inspection reveals no change. August 2001: SCT understands that the property has been sold.
January 2008: External inspection finds the mill essentially wind and water tight, however, the skew copes and south west gable wallheads are defective as are the rainwater goods, with resulting masonry deterioration.
August 2010: External inspection finds no significant change from the last site visit. The building continues to deteriorate.
19 August 2013: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously. Gutters have been replaced and the most northern end of the range may be in use.
23 September 2014: Consent for conversion to form holiday let is being sought ref: APP/2014/3064.
