August 2007: External inspection reveals the building to be at a critical stage as relatively minor repairs would keep the larder wind and water tight.

January 2011: External inspection finds no significant change since the last site visit, although the encroaching vegetation has been cleared from around the building to an extent.

24 September 2014: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.

11 June 2019: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously - subject to general decline. Some roof repairs are evident. Vegetation is beginning to encroach.
