2-storey, 3-bay house. Harled and whitewashed rubble with contrasting rendered reveals. Double-leaf panelled centre door; small 1st floor windows; 9- and 12-pane glazing. Single end stack at W; slate roof. (Historic Scotland)

June 2008: External inspection finds the building to be vacant with openings boarded up. The skylight glazing appears to be broken which could be permitting water to enter the interior.

12 July 2012: External inspection finds the skylight is broken - the building is no longer watertight. Otherwise, there is no significant change from the previous site visit.

15 September 2015: External inspection finds the building remains in much the same condition as seen previously.

4 March 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
