June 2008: External inspection finds that the building has been vacant for some time. The lodge is associated with Keir Home Farm. The building appears to retain its original windows.
19 September 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
6 July 2015: External inspection finds the building is a shell with all internal features stripped out. Dampness is evident and many window panes are broken. Condition moved to Poor and Risk Moderate.
