Development History
November 2008: External inspection finds the building a ruinous shell held up by braced scaffolding. Doors and windows at ground floor have been boarded over. Roof and all glazing lost.
December 2009: External inspection finds the building remains a ruinous shell. The Character Appraisal of Rothesay Conservation Area, 2009, notes that the roof of the building was removed in 2008 in the interests of public safety.
July 2011: Local planners advise the facade of the building remains in situ.
30 August 2012: External inspection finds no significant change from the previous site visit.
4 July 2017: A member of the public advises the upper storey has been lost.
