Development History
February 2010: Local planners bring the doocot to the attention of Buildings at Risk. Currently in poor condition, but the local authority are working to bring together a funding package to restore the structure.
August 2010: External inspection finds no significant change since the building was added to the Register. Deterioration continues.
28 May 2014: External inspection finds the doocot remains in much the same condition as seen previously.
2 August 2018: External inspection finds the doocot in much the same condition as seen previously. There is extensive ivy growth on the South wall.
3 May 2024: Desk-based assessment suggests the building remains At-Risk.
