Development History
7 May 2013: Nominated for the Register by local planners. External inspection finds a solid building in generally fair condition but which is currently under-used as storage space having ceased being used as the site manager's office. Tree growth on the west skew is of concern as is the open window at uppermost level. The former Kilbagie Paper mills site, which the mill building lies within, is in partial current use as a waste treatment plan. Full Planning permission for change of use of a section of the former mill, of which the application boundary runs to the immediate rear of the millhouse, is currently under review ref: 13/00041/FUL.
11 April 2019: Limited external inspection. From what could be viewed the property appears to remain disused.
