8 June 2016: External inspection finds the upper floors appear to be disused. Overall, from the front elevation, the building would appear to be in fair condition. There is some suggestion of dampness to the cornice/ shallow parapet in the form of flaking paint, moss growth to joints and vegetation growth. The three upper floors appear to all be disused.
